My Story
With over 10 years of experience in the mental health and medical field, Aiko is a Certified Medical Biller and Coder through the U.S. Career Institute with extensive expertise in behavioral health billing, coding, and administrative operations. Specializing in Optum and VA Community Care Network (VACCN) claims, she is highly skilled in insurance verification, authorizations, claims submission, payment posting, denial management, and follow-up. Aiko processes behavioral health billing and coding with a strong focus on accuracy, compliance, and HIPAA regulations while supporting provider enrollment, credentialing, and recredentialing. In addition, she coordinates appointments, maintains patient records, provides compassionate customer service, and collaborates closely with insurance companies to ensure accurate billing, efficient claims resolution, and smooth day-to-day operations.
