Hi, everyone! I was born and raised in Walker County and am proud to call this community home. Having spent my entire life here, I have deep roots in the area and a strong appreciation for the people and values that make it special. I'm a proud mom, bonus mom, and dog mom who loves spending time with family. When I'm not working, you'll often find me reading, cooking, playing Nintendo with my kids, or enjoying quality time with my loved ones. Whenever I get the chance to take a getaway, Gulf Shores is my favorite destination. Whether at work or in my personal life, I believe in being kind, supportive, and helpful to others whenever I can.
My Story
With over a decade of experience in customer service, client support, and administrative operations, Crystal serves in administration duties at Stronger Mental Health Counseling Services. She is often the first point of contact for clients, assisting with initial inquiries, appointment scheduling, intake support, and ongoing communication. Her professional background includes extensive experience in fast-paced customer service environments, where she developed strong skills in communication, multitasking, problem-solving, and client care. She is currently pursuing a degree in Business Management through Penn Foster and has additional educational experience from Bevill State Community College. Crystal is committed to providing a welcoming, supportive experience for every client while helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
